Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

 

You will

  • Accept and review for completeness and correctness primary accounting documents for postings of income, expenses, assets, and liabilities (direct and reinsurance)
  • Record bank account activity statements
  • Create payments of claims, premium refunds, to suppliers and external parties’ correspondence with other departments for payments
  • Approve management of incoming invoices
  • Process of travel and other expenses
  • Prepare of non-premium outgoing invoices
  • Check cost centres
  • Post incoming invoices, performs IC reconciliation
  • Check and reconcile accounts
  • Check and correct entries in the general ledger having previously communicated with the superior
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on cash balance and flow, i.e., cash-flow reports
  • Prepare annual inventory of fixed assets of the Company
  • Develop reports for the Company according to instructions of the superior
  • Take part in developing supporting documentation and reports for the Company audit
  • Participate in Finance & Accounting Projects (IFRS, IT, SAP, etc.)
  • Perform other task and duties on order of the immediate superior

 

You have

  • University degree in Finance / Accounting
  • 3 years of experience
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent in S4Hana
  • Advanced usage of Microsoft Excel
