  • I have made a payment on a policy. What documents do I receive as proof of the payment made?

    What you receive is a receipt for the payment made according to an approved template, if the payment was made:

    1. Through a UNIQA office;

    2. Through an insurance intermediary;

    3. With a bank card (via a POS device at a UNIQA office or online via the UNIQA website -  www.uniqa.bg ).

    4. Online through myUNIQA Client Portal.

    In other cases, a receipt is not issued. The payment will be visible on your bank account statements.

  • I want information about the status of a policy and its payments. Where can I find it?

    You can track everything about your policy - status, paid and upcoming installments, necessary documents for filing a claim - by registering in the myUNIQA Client Portal at  www.uniqa.bg .

  • I want an insurance quote from UNIQA. Can I request it online?

    You can request a quote for the product you are interested in from any product page on the site by filling out just a few short fields.

  • I want to make an insurance payment. What are the possible payment methods?

    Payment for policies can be made in one of the following ways:


    1. At a UNIQA office. You can find the office closest to you in the “ Branch network ” menu.
    2. By bank transfer to the IBAN indicated in the documents received upon conclusion of the insurance:

    3. Online, by logging into  the myUNIQA client portal .
    4. By direct debit (the service is arranged at an office of your servicing bank).

    Regardless of the payment method you choose, don't forget to provide  your policy number .

  • I have a direct debit requested, but the policy premium has been withdrawn again. How do I get a refund?

    To return a duplicate installment payment, you must submit a written request to our office for the return of the premium. You must attach a copy of the payment order for the payment and a bank account to which the corresponding amount should be returned.

  • The policy premium is in one currency and the payment will be made in another currency. At what exchange rate is the payment amount calculated?

    The payment amount is calculated based on the  BNB fixing rate on the day the payment is made.
