Ivana Dimova started her career in 2006. in „TBI Credit“. After that, passed through various high-ranking positions in „TBI Bank“ and „Generali, where she was mainly in charge of sales and product development. In 2016 she joined the team of UNIQA Bulgaria as Director of the Banking Insurance Directorate. Since the beginning of 2021 she has been appointed member of the Executive Committee, responsible for the development of the business model Banking insurance. With her skills in business planning and development, data and analysis simultaneously in the banking and the insurance sectors, Ivana holds a Master degree in International business from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. 

As od July 2022, Ivana Dimova is General Manager, member of the Management Board and Executive Director of UNIQA Insurance plc. and UNIQA Life Insurance plc.

Albena Raitcheva (Georgieva) started her career in 1994 in a trading company, and in the end of 2002 she joined the team of UNIQA Bulgaria. For the past 20 years she has been growing in the company, starting as an expert and taking managing positions in different units in the company. Her long experience and the responsibilities taken in individual directions contribute to her acquiring profound knowledge on insurance products and sales of insurance policies in general and life insurance, work with insurance intermediaries, corporate customers and affinity partners, as well as on insurance and insurance market as a whole цяло.

She holds three Master degrees from universities in България and abroad – in „Economics and trade management“, „Law“ and „Business administration“.

Since 2021 she has been Trading Director of Corporate and affinity business and member of the Executive Committee.

In June 2022, Albena Raitcheva (Georgieva) became a member of the Management Board and Executive Director of UNIQA INSURANCE PLC. and UNIQA LIFE INSURANCE PLC.

Philip Michailov started his career in UNIQA Bulgaria in 2008 as junior financial analyst, while still being a high student of speciality Finances in the University of National and World Economy, from which he graduated two years later. For the next 13 years he passed through all levels of the hierarchy of the company, and in the beginning of 2022 he joined the Management Board of UNIQA Bulgaria.

In 2022 Mr. Philip Michailov took a new role as an Executive Director Finance and Risk  in the regional structure for South-Eastern Europe in addition to his responsibilities in UNIQA Bulgaria.

Boris Palitchev is General Manager and Chairman of the Management Board of UNIQA Bulgaria for the period 1st January 2021– 30th June 2022. He is also a member of the Management Board of the Association of Bulgarian Insurers. He started his career in 2005. in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and after that in period from 2009 2018 he passed through a number of managing positions in UNIQA Bulgaria and in the Head Office of UNIQA Group in Vienna. Before joining the team of UNIQA again, for two years he took the position of Executive Director of Finances and Risk in the State Insurance Institute.

In July 2022 Boris Palitchev took the role of General Manager of South-Eastern Europe and Chief Retail & Digital Officer for the countries Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro.
