If you choose to self-inspect the damaged parts on your car, please prepare photos of the corresponding damaged parts before you start.
If you don't have photos at the moment, you will receive a link from UNIQA to upload the photos within 72 hours once the process is complete or choose from other damage review options such as an on-site inspection, a visit to an inspection center, or an inspection at a trusted repair shop.
What else do I need when filing a claim online?
Owner's personal details- Vehicle's information

- Proof of vehicle inspection (needed when the incident has occurred while driving).
