Insurance benefits include:

• Compensation for any property and/or non-property damages to the amount of the difference between the damage caused and the public insurance benefit
• Expenses incurred by the insured for medical care or other necessary expenses to limit the damage
• The costs incurred in any proceedings brought against the insured to establish liability
• An indemnity also in the case where the damages are caused:
• The fault of his body or any of his/her employee
• By force majeure during or in connection with the performance of the work assigned to him or of any work also performed without his/her direction but in the interest of the employer, and during a holiday spent in the enterprise
