Under All Risks for Photovoltaic and Thermal Solar Power Plants Insurance, all types of photovoltaic and thermal solar power plants owned by legal entities and individuals can be insured.

The insurance includes

Any unexpected or sudden property loss, damage, or injury to the premises or parts thereof for any reason whatsoever, except for the risks excluded in the insurance's General Terms and Conditions, are covered.

The coverage is on an "all-risk" basis.

Thermal installations for water heating for industrial purposes and space heating
Residential junction boxes, devices for measuring electrical energy consumption, boilers, spare parts and foundations of the insured property, electronic boards, photocells, etc.

Special requirements for insured objects:

Installation of modules and inverters

The PV modules and inverters (where applicable) must be permanently attached to the mounts (e.g., mounting profiles, screw assemblies, anti-theft, etc.)

Video surveillance

In the case of ground-mounted PV and thermal systems, perimeter video surveillance or a system of infrared or microwave sensors for access control must be provided

Special requirements for insured objects:

Place of insurance

The place of insurance must be enclosed by a fence at least two meters high

Durability of the modules

The modules used must withstand mechanical loads in accordance with European standard IEC 61215

Technical building

The inverters and transformer connection board shall be located either in a protected and ventilated technical premise or under the solar modules to be protected as much as possible from corrosion and weathering
