Expert Personal lines (m/f/d)

You will

• Ensure compliance with established underwriting rules and procedures of the Company for Personal lines LoB
• Actively participate in product development and implementation;
• Participate in product market intelligence activities;
• Support product portfolio monitoring by regular reporting, analysis and by participating in the design of measures necessary for product management;
• Participate in organization of product testing;
• Actively support cross-country projects related to implementation of various product and customer solutions, digitalization, process improvement, etc.
• Support various functions related to servicing life and health products (sales, claims, complaints, training, marketing, etc.)
• Take part in customer journey design
• Participate in the oversight of product regulation compliance.
• Take part in cross-country collaboration initiatives to best practices exchange, training and innovation.
• Perform other tasks on the order of the direct manager

You have

• University degree / Bachelor
• Minimum 5 years (in BG min 2)
• Knowledge about insurance market and regulatory framework
• Customer centricity
• Analytical skills
• English language
• Microsoft office
• Communication skills
• Problem-solving
