RECRUITER (m/f/d)

A day in a life of a Recruiter in UNIQA Bulgaria

You will be:

• Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment process in UNIQA Bulgaria
• Proposing new recruitment strategies and actively sourcing candidates locally and in SEE region
• Maintaining and developing pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Building solid relationships with hiring teams throughout company and proposing collaboration improvements
• Creating content for recruitment channels in cooperation with the brand and communications team
• UNIQA SEE region brand ambassador, proposing new Employer Branding initiatives
• Preparing various reports in the expertise area
• Actively participating in onboarding and offboarding processes, proposing, and implementing high standards to ensure best possible employee experience

You have:

• At least 3 years of related job experience (ideally in international environment)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (degree in Human resources and/or organizational psychology will be considered as an advantage)
• Experience in headhunting & knowledge of advanced search techniques on LinkedIn
• Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Fluency in English
• Remarkable organizational skills
• Computer literacy: MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Internet, specialized software
