IT security officer (m/f/d)

You will

• Ensure the implementation of cyber security risk management processes.
• Maintain cyber security strategy and policies.
• Monitor global cyber security topics.
• Develop and monitor initiatives to improve cyber security.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements for information security.
• Ensure that IT service provider can provide minimum agreed service levels, especially in case of disaster.
• Perform cyber security operations, reporting, and daily activities with security tools (SIEM, PAM, FW, AV, DLP...).
• Execute continuous updates, tests, and monitoring of systems and services.
• Manage and document operational or security incidents and report relevant incidents to the Management Board.
• Provide support for cyber security risk assessments and propose risk mitigation measures to minimize potential threats.
• Educate UNIQA employees and raise awareness in the Company regarding the latest security threats, security measures and strategies.
• Participate in security project management.

You have

• Degree in IT-related field and/ or adequate work experience in this field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT / cyber security roles.
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks.
• Innovative thinking and ability to think out of the box.
• Active knowledge of English language in speech and writing.
• Security certification (CISSP, CEH, CISA, Security+, etc.) is preferred.
