SENIOR ASSOCIATE FOR FINANCE PERFORMANCE (m/f/d)

You will

• Actively participates the process for the timely preparation of various managerial and regular reports for management boards and different external information users
• Works on the preparation and execution of budgets and forecasts
• Provides support and liaise with the Board of Directors/Senior Leaders/ Leaders and all relevant departments in the analysis of the necessary performance/financial information with regular and ad hoc analyses
• Performs analysis of reporting results and proposes reporting process improvements
• Proposes new opportunities for further improvement of the current systems of internal control and reporting and gives recommendations for their optimization
• Monitors and analyses the insurance market, macroeconomic indicators, and the financial results of UNIQA’s competitors
• Leads/participates in various projects on an ad hoc basis related to digitalization, process improvement and etc.
• Performs other tasks on the request of the immediate superior

You have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics or Actuarial Science. Master's degree is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years on same or similar positions
