With UNIQA CASCO, you have the opportunity to take your replacement car (Rent-a-car) for the period your car is being repaired in our trusted workshop. The service includes:
Returning the repaired vehicle within 3 days of handing it over to the repairer
Performing quality control after the vehicle repair is completed
You receive a replacement vehicle of the class of your personal vehicle at the insurer's expense
Free use of a replacement car while your personal car is being repaired at a UNIQA trusted workshop

How to use the service?
STEP 1
- You have an active UNIQA CASCO Insurance and the right to have the damage repaired in an official workshop, but you have your vehicle repaired in a trusted UNIQA workshop as we guarantee you 100% retention of your new vehicle warranty
STEP 2
- You have damage to four major parts - paint and 1st-degree repair
Frequently asked questions
You can request a quote for the product you are interested in via any product page on the website by completing just a few short fields.
You must submit a written request at one of our offices with the correct policy number information. It is important to enclose a copy of the payment order for the wrong payment made.
To have a duplicate premium payment refunded, you must submit a written request to our office to have the premium refunded. You need to enclose a copy of the payment order and a bank account to which the appropriate amount should be transferred.
You can find available information about the workshops we work with on the UNIQA’s website by selecting from the drop-down menu the city where you want your vehicle to be repaired. You can choose a workshop either when submitting the claim or later during the inspection.
The required documents depend on the type of road accident. You must notify the control authorities and fill in the relevant road accident reports:
1. Police report issued by the traffic police.
2. A road accident report issued by the traffic police, stating persons were injured.
3. A bilateral road accident report; the same to be completed by the persons involved in the accident.
