- Record your claim online on the UNIQA website, at a UNIQA office, by calling our Customer Service Centre, or by downloading and filling in a claim form which can be found here (LINK).
- Call the Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) on 1470 or 112. After the rescue service assists you, show your insurance policy. In case of first aid expenses, be sure to ask for the payment documents you will need when you record a claim.
