Motor Third Party Liability

Motor Third Party Liability Insurance is compulsory in Bulgaria, with its terms and conditions set out in the Insurance Code.

This insurance is also of utmost importance to protect your own interests. If you cause damage to someone's property with your car or someone gets injured, the insurance company will compensate the victims instead of you.

In case of damage

In the event of damage or theft to a vehicle insured under Motor Third Party Liability Insurance, please submit a notification to UNIQA AD: - Online, by completing a Third Party Liability Insurance Claim Notification - On the spot at an office or representative office of your choice
