Entrepreneur's All Risks Insurance provides comprehensive insurance protection against sudden and unforeseeable events during construction and installation works, such as material losses or damages incurred during construction works, third-party claims for property, and non-property damages resulting from the performance of construction works, and investor's future loss of profit.

The insurance includes

The insurance covers any losses or damages resulting from a risk not expressly excluded in the General Terms and Conditions and the insurance policy. The insurance coverage is divided into three sections. All persons having an insurable interest in the subject matter of the insurance may be insured: investors, constructors, subcontractors. The insurance period starts at the beginning of work or after the equipment and materials listed in the policy have been unloaded at the construction site and terminates for the portion of the insured contract works that are completed, incorporated, or put into operation.

This insurance is offered in three options with the following coverages below. * Optional coverages under Section II and Section III upgrade the mandatory coverage.
