In this role you are E2E responsible for the Retail Client business. The main focus of this function is to implement a customer focused and profitability driven thinking and acting in all aspects of our Retail business.

The need and expectation of the customer is in the center of our product and services and of our communication as well. Implementing customer-oriented processes and a customer focused distribution strategy is the key element of your job role.

Your understanding for Insurance Technic and of managing a profitable portfolio enables you to secure the sustainable profitability of our Retail business.

Besides that, you are responsible for transforming the company to a customer centric company and you are acting as local contact person for the international UNIHUBS for products and pricing.

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken;
  • 7+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services;
  • Business Development Experience.

Among Your tasks will be:

  • Develop long-term sales strategies and clear strategic goals for the retail domain ( Exclusive Sales, Retail Brokers etc.). Focus is on sustainable, profitable sales improvement.
  • Manage the profitability of the Retail portfolio.
  • Lead, support and develop the subordinated retail team.
  • Management and coordination of the retail sales and marketing function in all channels and across all sub-functions.
  • Modernize the Exclusive sales resources according to the future business needs.
  • Optimize internal service structures to support the seamless and professional cooperation with external sales partners.
  • Set-up and implement modern and service-oriented partner management standards and tools.
  • Identify and seize business opportunities with new initiatives and the development of strategic partnerships. Drive innovation and digitalization.
  • Leading the transformation process of product portfolio landscape, sales organization and end2end process transformation
  • Responsible for the profitability of the retail business:
  • Sales planning & Profit planning, Result monitoring regarding product performance (sales and result performance), business steering.
  • Business development:
  • Sales network development (network development, online sales development, multi-channel management, acquiring new sales partners) with a customer centric fit product portfolio.

    Product portfolio development (Driving product alignment process – product elimination and product adaption to future target portfolio, responsible for local pricing process).
